Diy high quality microphone
This is a project of a high quality microphone, it is based on the DIY Perks project, to that I have made some changes and I have drawn a handy and small PCB to be able to make the project more easily achievable.
The project uses the JLI-2555BXZ3-GP capsule, used in various high quality microphones, can be purchased economically on sites such as ebay, or even from the official dealer, it can be combined with a JFET (2N4416), often combined with microphone capsules , once the capsule and the transistor are connected, the microphone output can be soldered to the PCB input, and after that the microphone electronics are complete.
Unlike the original project that used a potentiometer to adjust the volume, this project of mine uses an encoder and a digital potentiometer, it also uses the encoder button to save the last value assigned to it in the memory of the digital potentiometer, thus making every once you turn on the microphone you do not need to reset the volume level.
Also in this PBC I have added shields for electromagnetic interference, they can be purchased cheaply from sites such as aliexpress or ebay, they are optional, but they can help reduce background noise, especially if used in electromagnetically disturbed environments.
