IR Temperature Sensing with Pico
Introduction:
This project shows the implementation of contact-less temperature measurement with segment display.
The sensor MLX90614 is interfaced with Raspberry Pi Pico using I2C communication. The segment display driver is also controlled over
I2C commands. This entire setup is wired up on the breadboard.
Raspberry Pi Pico:
I have ordered a couple of boards and want to make some tutorials out of that. As 1st step i made getting start guide for Raspberry Pi Pico
its documented here (https://www.hackster.io/ashokr/getting-start-with-raspberry-pi-pico-87e4f9)
Thonny IDE:
The coding is done using micropython, Thonny IDE is used for development. The IDE is too good for anyone to easily write-up
code for Raspberry Pi Pico.
Working Demo:
The working demo of this project is published on you-tube here
