Lithium-Ion Battery Charger with TP4056
This project features the design of a compact and efficient lithium-ion battery charger, ideal for educational purposes and low-power applications. The circuit is based on the TP4056 chip, which ensures safe and accurate charging of lithium-ion batteries with a maximum current of 1 Amp.
Main Features:
LED Indicators:
- Red LED: Indicates the battery is charging.
- Green LED: Signals that the battery is fully charged.
Ease of Use: It requires a few external components, making it perfect for students and developers with basic electronics experience.
Safe Slow Charging: Designed for applications requiring controlled charging at no more than 1 Amp.
Technical Specifications:
Input Power: Terminal block J1, supporting a voltage range of 4.2V to 9V DC.
Battery Output: Terminal block J2, directly connecting to the battery.
Intelligent Charging Control: The TP4056 regulates the charging process, ensuring system safety and efficiency.
This PCB is ideal for compact Battery Management System (BMS) projects, such as portable devices, electronic prototypes, and projects requiring a simple, reliable battery charger.
