My dear friend for 8 segment display for battery charge\discharge please visit my recent project of battery level indicator. Kindly order that PCB and connect the PCB's + to power bank circuit + and - to power bank circuit -. So when you connect the battery with the power bank circuit the battery level indicator's leds are automatically glow and show the voltage and for dual USB you can connect two USB as parallel and then connect their + and - to the PCB board + and - which is indicated the USB. I want to order for SMT with a single Gerber file that incorporates the charger, dual USB output as well as battery level indicator LED in a single circuit board. Please consider attached image is how exactly I want to order for SMT as a single circuit board.
