RC6502 Apple 1 Replica (RIOT 2600 revision A)
Did you ever want to try your hand at soldering together a computer? Now you can relive the experience Wozniak had tinkering while building the first Apple computer in his garage, all from the comfort of your favourite workspace... Most of the design-work already done, so just heat up your soldering iron and get to work on it!
There's a lot of fun to be had with single board computers, but we all know that vintage computers wouldn't be all that much fun without all the cool features you remember from owning an Atari 2600! This module allows you to use the classic RIOT chip to add a couple of joystick ports, a little bit of memory (an entire 128 bytes) as well as a couple of push buttons to play with!
This is the first of two modules I've been working on to rework the RC6502 computer into a functional Atari 2600, the TIA module will be added later. Until that happens you can jumper it for use with the standard RC6502 computer.
