Description
SE OptoEnd
A compact optical switch sensor using an high speed Omron(R) optical with a fall time less than 30us, used on a machine such as a 3D printer permits an high precision homing point without having to do a second "bump" at a slower speed.
I decided to design a simple optical end stop PCB with only SMD components all on the top layer for easier placement on machines that can be mounted with 2 M3 screws.
