I am electronic engineer since 1988. Begin to learn EMI fields around us at february 2019 when in our and other villages mounted cell towers. But cell network become even worst. Later I discovered that they emits more than cell data- mind and health control signals known as V2K (Voice TO sKull)

Then I making my own hand-made RF detector with grafic based on oscilloscope. I was really surprised to see sinusoidal signal from our towers.

Then I make spectrogram and my own program on Lazarus and see that there is net of sinusoids with frequency up to 18Hz with 3Hz step. Most powerful sinus has period 400sec and freq=0.0025Hz.

Then I begin study brain waves EMI and found lots of patens about V2K technology - voice to skull on morethansnowden.com site.

I start recording from towers with my detector. Sometime it looks like very noisy impulsed homan voice.

And our new towers doesn't detect by our cell phones because they even hasn't Cell-ID number. In fact they emit EMI on 900MHz modulated by low and extra-low frequencies.

That why I am almost one year search serious meter and define that only yours EMF-390 will help me to separate that new V2K towers from other cell towers.

Only your meter have specrum analizer and logger, USB console connection for future experiments.

But Russian government don't need engineers. And thousands of them living without work.

Want to add that sinus waves I detected on GSM-900 frequencies used the hand-made RTL-SDR. That how I define which towes emits GSM data and which- that sinuses. That I called "technogypnose" or "patriotism waves" because year ago they was only on days of army victories- 23th february, 9th march, day of Russia, but later they appears every holidays.

I think goverment special use that towers for reduce health of village syberians because we live too long- 90 years and more. All our bees are dying and birds fly away to deep forest.

At first- ANY radiation shortening life and decreasing health of any lived being. Before Global Flood was low radiation level an people live hundreds years. After Flood big amount of K-40 was covered dry places from bottoms. And included in all vegetables, trees and our bodys.

EMI radiation has same deceases. As I look at my own EMI detecor (EMIC) with detection and recording Ultra-Low Frequencies (0.0025 - 18Hz) there are some changes in signals. Spectrum Graph show different signals since quarantine. In USSR (Occuped by RusFed) here is at all not quarantine but "self-isolation mode". Because quarantine means help from government. But in our colony is no gover..s here is military hunta of thieves and genociders. They kill our people's government by the tanks and artillery in 1993. And here is no help- just beating and seizing of people who just walk to store for food or to pharmashop for medicaments.

Now I can't even order EMF-390 for study new changed spectrum. EmfDev and John from sales@gqelectronicsllc.com can't answer to me already several days. 

And that why I need to ask anybody who have EMF-390: Please, make spectrograph diagramm at band 850-950MHz (GSM 2G,3G) and 1700-1900MHz (3G,4G). At least 10-20 screenshots with periode 10secs. It help me find ULF sinusoid signals of mind manipulations and immunitet destroyers.

As I know in Uhan city of China was first enabling 5G cell towers. It detonates an apidemy of coronavires, that maked at same place in Rockfeller's laboratory.

Spectrum analyser mode with zoom to GSM channels as I described at topic start. And then I will manually making graph of each channel. 10-20 samples is enough to detect ULF sinusoid. Or as I detect on RTL-SDR tuner some channels that transmit GSM data has constant value of data noise, but some channels has only carrier frequency with ULF changes of amplitude. As I read in news in England and Germany people there burned cell towers because they provoke COVID and decreasing immunitet.
