Snes LoRom NoSave 27c160 (HiRom moddable/Solder pads and 1 trace cut)
In 2017, The original intent was for a economical Super Nintendo Snes HiRom and LoRom board that would accept original CIC's or the super cic. Then work on expanding this and more into a whole line of pcb's. This never happened, hobbies change. Got heavy into woodworking. Oh the joys' of ADHD. However, I recently got back into messing around with snes hacks, etc. Then I noticed not many others had designed a basic board that will take a original CIC's. So I figured, I'd share it. I can't be the only cheap person out there looking for diy gerber files.
Though, I did document how HiRom's could easily be fixed. Jump to my site for additional info. All you have to do is cut one trace or solder a wire, after lifting pin 42, to the centre pad on JP1.
C1 or LED1: 22uf 6.3v electrolytic capacitor
C2 -3: .1uf ceramic cap or each IC installed
