This step is crucial in preventing the reformation of water molecules after gas separation.
Electron Removal and Charge Retention: By weakening the electrons, the cell promotes a positive charge on the gas molecules, preventing them from recombining into water. This positive charge assists in maintaining an excited state in the gas, further increasing the energy potential for combustion or fuel use. In essence, this boosts the overall fuel energy without relying heavily on thermal energy (heat).
