Optoisolator220v
### DESCRIPTION
Ultra simple and easy way to detect mains presence and report to microcontroller of your choice.
Optoisolated with very popular PC817 from Sharp. and output is pulled from uc power source.
### TECHNICAL DETAILS / COMPONENTS
The .01uf cap will act as a voltage reducer and diode in inverse will discard all negative cycles. 100R resistor has some power dissipation so should be of 1/4W at least.
Has been tested for several months and works perfectly well with mains 220v .
### LEARN / TOPIC / BUILD INSTRUCTIONS
There is no software associated with it you have to read yes/no value and that is all.
