The Easy-PC printed circuit board design program contains many different electrical components ready for use in circuit board designs, but it also allows you to modify component characteristics to create your own specific components. After you've placed a particular component symbol, you can enter its "Properties" interface to make any modifications you want.
Instructions
1 Run Easy-PC. Click "Open" in the "File" menu to select a PCB file to open or click "New" to create a new one.
2 Click "Add," then "Component" or click the "Add Component" button on the toolbar. This will bring up a dialog box containing a list of premade components. If the component you want is on the list, select it; otherwise, select something close to it and modify it in the next step. Either way, add the component to the diagram by pressing "Add."
3 Right-click on the component symbol in the main window and select "Properties."
4 Use the options in the two tabs of the "Component Properties" window to modify the component to get it working the way you want.
