Can I check the parts before the shipment?

To ensure you are satisfied with the part before it is shipped, we offer the option to inspect it in advance. You can easily do this by reaching out to your sales representative and requesting a photo of the part. This proactive step allows you to review the finish and overall quality, ensuring it meets your expectations. By addressing any concerns beforehand, we can work together to find a solution and make any necessary adjustments prior to shipment. This approach helps prevent any disappointment upon receiving the part and ensures a smoother, more satisfactory purchasing experience for you.

If you have high surface finish requirement, you can choose the "Premium Finished appearance" on the order page. We will also send you the photos before shipment.
