The soldermask clearance is 2mil-4mil, the soldermask bridge is 4mil (green ink) and the other inks are 5mil, which is the spacing of the solder mask. 0.2mm and 0.22mm refer to the spacing of the circuit layers. More details here: https://www.pcbway.com/capabilities.html
