Return Policy - Custom PCB Prototype the Easy Way

Cancellation

Because of PCB,PCB assembly,custom parts are customized product，We accept order cancellation before the product is reviewing or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced or shipped out.

Returns: Because the PCB,PCB assembly,custom parts are custom-made products, each product is produced according to the customer's design gerber file or 3D CAD file ,BOM and drawings, if it is because we do not produce according to the customer's design data file or remarks, or the production quality does not meet the IPC standards or the customer's requirements for advance remarks, We accept returns or refunds,and then customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
If the buyer has any objection to the quality of the commodities produced by the PCBWay, the buyer shall file a claim within one month from the date of receipt of the commodities. Otherwise, it means that the buyer approves the product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Service@pcbway.com.
