Active DC constant current electronic load
Active DC constant current electronic load, using Intel 775 radiator, design power 90W (actually stable 120W), comes with voltage and current meter.
Use Intel 775 heatsink
Active design, power supply voltage: 12V.
Input voltage of load end: 1 ~ 30V, maximum constant current value: 10A.
The designed maximum power is 120W.
The variable maximum constant current value and maximum power are determined by the heat dissipation during the production
Low internal resistance

With its own voltage and current meter header, it is controlled by STM32F030K6T6.
Power tube temperature monitoring
Temperature-controlled fan, 4-wire PWM fan control (compatible with 3-wire and 2-wire fans)

Precautions
R18 is used to control the maximum constant current. At 100kΩ, the actual measurement is about 3A. If you want to reach 10A, it is recommended to use 22KΩ. More current requires better terminals and a more powerful heat dissipation system.
It is recommended to use relatively good quality for the input terminal of the load end.
There is a window area on the PCB for tin stacking. Under the current design, it can be stabilized over 10A without tin stacking. It is recommended to choose whether to stack tin according to the actual situation of the actual production.
It is recommended to stack tin in the following parts: the solder joint of the terminal; the connection between the diode and the MOS.
JP1 jumper is reserved for debugging, do not short circuit
JP2 ~ JP4 jumpers are the jumpers for fan control. You need to select whether to short circuit according to the fan type according to the table in the schematic diagram
If you can't buy a dedicated 4-wire fully compatible version of the KF2510 seat, you can use a 2.54 pin header instead
The value of NTC is 100k in the schematic diagram, but because there is no suitable NTC at hand, 10K and 3950 NTC are used. If you use a different NTC, you need to recalculate the temperature comparison table. It is better to use 100K NTC when making your own.
Some fans may not be able to stop because of anti-stop protection.
