Hello. It has only been tested with 27C128 but I don't see why you couldn't use a 27C512. Greetings
Okay thank you Nicolas. I've order some PCBs and setup everything but the Diagnostic Program (Service Diagnostic Rev. 4.4) does not start from the cartridge. So there mighgt be a different error. Normal TOS operation is working. I've tried 27c256 and 27c127 EPROMs.

Okay, Thank you! I've found that A14 is not connect on your PCB A14 of EPROMS is connect to +5V. Seems like Diagnostic ROM needs 2 x 27c256 and not fitting in 27c128 > A14 is needed.
