Universal! The developed scheme provides for both the placement of elements on the board and the refusal to use them. For example, you can use only direct digital output for the corresponding device or sensor and independently assemble the executive circuit, or you can place the proposed components on the board - a relay block, optocouplers, transistors, etc., and thus obtain a fully finished project. In addition to direct digital outputs, additional 5V, 3.3V, GND connectors for powering external modules have been added to the board.
The SelfFan is controlled directly from the U=5V, Imax=200mA board.
Usually, the FuseHeat relay protects the contactor, which disconnects the power supply of other devices.
The SelfTemp module temperature control sensor can be placed directly on the board without connecting it through a connector.
The printed circuit board allows for the connection of high-voltage loads, but please note:
to reduce resistance, the switching tracks leading to the relay must be additionally well-tinned;
over time, switching a high-current circuit will lead to contact burnout, so it is better to use an SSR relay as a silent and wear-resistant option.
The fuse is installed before all devices. Its task, in case of a relay failure (sticking contacts, MOSFET burning out), is to be able to break the circuit and prevent the extreme increase in the temperature of the coolant.
