Description
EEPROM storage module 24C02
This EEPROM module takes the M24C02-WMN chip as the core and is used to realize the power-down preservation of data.
The working voltage is compatible with 3.3V and 5V systems,
and compatible with 100/400kHz IIC bus communication.
This module leads the address interface A0/A1/A2 of M24C02.
Users can change the bus address of 24C02 by configuring Ax, and mount up to 8 modules on the bus to achieve a larger capacity of data storage.
This module leads the write enable port, users can enable or disable 24C02 write operation by controlling the WC# port.
Working voltage: 2.5V ~ 5.5V
Storage array: 2 Kbit (256 Byte)
Communication method: IIC (100kHz / 400kHz)
Write time: <5ms
Number of writes: >4000,000 times
Data storage: >200 years
