This version features significant improvements and will be the final update to the standard GachaSP:
- NEW: Authorised and approved builders, these are the only makers who have license to produce the shells and fully built consoles with this design:
@BOYSMODS (Instagram or www.boysmods.com/product/gacha-sp/)
@NorthBestElectronics(Instagram or www.etsy.com/shop/NorthBestElectronics )
Alternatively, all versions can be ordered through PCBway (https://www.pcbway.com/project/member/?bmbno=6B37200B-D6EB-43)
- Improved structure, minor changes make design less prone to warping
- Improved screw post stability
- less likely to have threading issues and to break during build
- Corners rounded more for comfort
- Various general improvements
- Included are taller button files for Start and Select which can be used if the stock buttons aren't comfortable in the build due to their reduced height

Hi Kyle, First, the image shown is not of these final revision files - that mid plate no longer looks like that, I would highly recommend going for the final version They always say this to me, but I’ve never had an issue with a print of it, they just have preferred tolerances if you print as is there shouldn’t be issues. Warning though, if you’re opting for a combination of transparent AND color dyed on a single piece, there’s a very high chance of warping even on the areas not pointed out so I would avoid that option Cheers Joe
Thanks for the quick reply Joe! I'm a complete novice as far as 3d printing. In my order it says the CAD file is "GachaSP Mid 1APR24.stl" which looks like it matches the file name here. I'll reach out and see if they picked the wrong file over there on their side.
I've looked closer at both of the images PCBWay attached and both the top and mid case images they are using look like the Original revision not Final, but both of the file names in my order match the file names on this page for the Final Revision. I am trying to work with them to use the correct files, Thanks!
