MPPT Solar Controller and Power Supply Motherboard
This is an MPPT Solar Controller and Power Supply and is part of a project to create a wireless home weather station. I plan to use mine to collect meteorological data and send it via wi-fi to my local area network and on via the WWW to a public remote site.
The MPPT Solar Controller and Power Supply consists of a PCB that accommodates one CN3795 MPPT solar controller module and up to three Mini360 power regulator modules. All three Mini360 modules may be equipped with removeable LEDs to indicate when power is on. A 10-position connector provides for all wiring to and from the weather station electronics, the solar panels, and an external bank of two 18650 lithium iron phosphate rechargeable batteries. Removeable shunts allow the solar panel and/or the battery bank to be easily disconnected for maintenance and trouble-shooting. See the video for additional details. https://youtu.be/VTkNMj_ND_c
