Multiple Power Supply V1.1
### DESCRIPTION
Version 1 update 1, recommended for new designs
Changes: two 4700uF filtering capacitors added (voltage output is now better stabilized), new silkscreen warnings.
This is a very simple board designed to supply small loads (i.e. operational amplifiers, comparators, signal transistors...). I designed it because I use a lot of analog circuitry and OPAMP's are power supplied with +15V/-15V, so my workbench PSU is not enough to power all the signals I want. As these circuits have a very low power consumption, linear regulators are enough for me, as well as providing a voltage source much more stable than a cheap PSU.
### TECHNICAL DETAILS / COMPONENTS
I use six different linear regulators:
1) 7815: +15Vout
2) 7812: +12Vout
3) 7805: +5Vout
4) 7915: -15Vout
5) 7912: -12Vout
6) 7905: -5Vout
However if you need different voltage outputs (i.e. +3.3V/-3.3V or +6V/-6V) you can replace any of the linear regulators up to 15Vout.
The power transformer I chose is enough for my purpose, but you can choose yours according to your needings. Don't worry about the footprint, you can also place your transformer out of the PCB and solder three output wires to the PCB. If you place the PCB inside a big case, you won't notice the difference ;)
### LEARN / TOPIC / BUILD INSTRUCTIONS
You only need a soldering iron and some tin wire (I recommend tin/lead wire, easier to solder by hand). Heatsinks are not needed in case you demand very little power, but I recommend you to place them in order to avoid them to burn (especially 7805/7905 linear regulators).
