Okai ES200G 36v Scooter Battery Controller project By jag35
This PCB allows you to Combine a micro controller (Arduino Pro Mini) and
a DC-DC module to wake up the 36v Okai ES200G Scooter batteries for use on any application other than the original design.
These battery packs require a status/unlock signal to their BLUE (Rx) wire with 9600 Baud serail: 0x3A, 0x13, 0x01, 0x16, 0x79
Then the battery replies with an extensive status report on the GREEN (Tx) wire. We are currently ignoring the reply, but for now we can turn them on and use them to power many 36v devices. The Arduino needs to be Programmed with the following code:

To power your Arduino you have to set the DC-DC that makes the battery packs 42v down to at least 3.3v.
