PIC Based Control Board - 10 Input / 8 + 8 OC Output
I make this to control a home water supply in a weekend house. It's checks the water level in the buffers and starts the pumps if needed, etc.
But you can program in anything you want!
Features:
10 Logic Level Input with 3-32V input range. Optocoupled, but not isolated!
8 NPN Output with Open Collector for relays. Optocoupled, but not isolated! Use high current optocoupler, like the TLP627.
8 CMOS 5V Output for LEDs (max 15mA). Not optocoupled, not isolated!
I used a PIC16F819, but you can use any other pin compatible model.
The outputs are driven through two 74HC595, so your program must use software or hardver SPI to send data to the outputs.
