Security Alarm Protection Cage
Safeguard your alarm system in style with this specially designed sheet metal cage, accommodating modules up to 24(L) x 20(W) x 7(H) cm. Combining a modern, futuristic aesthetic with robust security, it ensures both the protection of your alarm and a sleek, sophisticated look for your space.
Key Features:
Tamper-proof airflow: Positioned close to the ceiling, with top vents inaccessible and tamper-proof vents on other sides, this design ensures optimal security and airflow for the alarm module.
Modern Aesthetic: Featuring a sleek design, the cage enhances any interior with its contemporary look. The ventilation slots are a key design element, meticulously crafted to maintain the modern aesthetic while preventing the use of common tools like screwdrivers or knives to access the alarm module. These features help keep your system secure from tampering and ensure it remains protected.
Durable Construction: Crafted from high-quality 4mm thick sheet metal with precision laser cutting and bending, this enclosure offers exceptional strength and resilience against physical threats.
Functional Design: Blends style and practicality, making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications, where both security and aesthetic appeal are valued.
Going off the "sales pitch" script, this is my contribution to a rather limited market when it comes to protection cages that work, look good and are rugged.
I felt the need to create a pleasing design that suits modern homes and gives you the peace of mind that your security system is going to withstand any physical threats.
From the start I thought about PCBway sheet metal laser cutting and bending services, and I am happy to say I'm eagerly awaiting mine to arrive. I have no doubts the professionals over at PCBway will deliver the most premium enclosure I could dream of having, the fact that it's my design is just the cherry on top.
For assembly, in addition to the sheet metal enclosure, you'll need:
4x M6 (50mm long) bolts with 4 wing nuts for the lid
2x M5 (20mm long) bolts with 2 hex nuts to secure the wall ends together
Flat head bolts are an excellent choice, as they complement the modern aesthetic.
For the wall mounting hardware you'll need:
4 wall plugs and 4 screws (supports screws up to 6 mm in diameter)
That will be it!
Thanks for looking! Hope it serves you well!
