Smart BMS with all the features
Greetings everyone,
after so many feedback from my friends i redesigned the PCB and added some features that i missed in my previous design.
the changes i made :
1.) first i forgot to add the power supply to the main micro-controller ESP8266 board ( So Dumb of me !). so i added a buck converter on the back side of the board to provide 3.3V.
2.) i forget to add some reset and flash switch so i added those next.
3.) then i added the some logic levels for specific bootstrapping pins of board to be booted from the Flash Memory.
4.) i added some indicator LEDs to get status of the BMS.

it includes all the feature like
Over current protection
short circuit protection
Over Voltage Protection
Under Voltage Protection
Over Temperature protection
individual cell Voltage monitoring
This can charge battery with a maximum of 10A and can be programmed for any type of cell i.e. Li-ion, Li-Po, Li-Fe and Ni-cd.
You can monitor cell Voltage over WiFi.
You can program it however you want.

So sorry for my late reply. Sorry to inform you that it cant work with zinc cell as their cut off voltages are low but after some modification it can work . if interested can drop a mail at psingh1664@gmail.com
yes this can be used as 3S one . but the software part for the board is not ready yet !
Okay, will wait for this project to be ready and interested to order some boards for testing.

we can surely do that by adding one more I/O expander IC or using one 16 bit IC along with some additional balance circuitry but it wont be as compact as this and i am not fully sure as this project is in development phase and I'm currently testing and mending code.
