Description
Snapmaker J1 PTFE Guide
To make filament loading easier and reduce the drag on the filament on the Snapmaker J1 I designed this PTFE guide. It is designed for the original reverse bowden tube which has an outer diameter of ~4.4mm (instead of the more common 4mm).
It was designed with MJF in mind. But I guess SLS or SLA would also work. I like that the texture of the dyed MJF part matches the texture of the hotend assembly.
This guide requires you to either remove the lid or raise it by at least 30mm.
