    for Q1, yes same part number.
    for U5, part number is AS6C62256-55PCN
    U1, U2, U3 all same part numbers.

    i use ise impact version 14.7 to program the cpld.

    you can program it with a rasp pi.. the TIPI github has the instructions and the jed files
