What file formats are accepted for 3D printing?

When placing an order for 3D printing, you can upload files in the following formats: *.stl, *.obj, *.step, and *.stp. Please ensure that each file is smaller than 500 MB. You are allowed to upload up to 12 files at a time. If you have more than 12 files, please divide them into separate uploads to stay within the limit.

You can see these requirement when you place the order too.

If you are having trouble uploading your files, you can contact your sales representative and they will help you complete the upload. You can contact them at the top right of your account page.
