Altera EPM7128SLC breakout board
This board can be used for experimenting with Altera (Intel) CPLDs. LM317 is optional and only needed if IO voltage different than 5V is needed. To build this board I typically use whatever parts are floating around, scavenged from old boards. Any capacitor or resistor close to marked value will work. Values are marked on silkscreen. I use machined pin sockets for oscillator. This way different oscillators can be used as needed.
