Arduino nano based battery capacity tester
This is a modified project which was originally made by open green energy. i designed the PCB to my comfort as i have already made my .STL files for a 3D printed enclosure for this project .?
Special Thanks to :)
- OPEN GREEN ENERGY for keeping all the sources of this project as an Open harware which allowed me to design my own just by changing the component package ,shape , size , soldermask and design. very much thanks to open green energy check the instructable page below for the project :) https://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Arduino-Battery-Capacity-Tester-V20/
- PCBWay for their continous support to engineers and beginners in the world of electronics , i being a beginner highly recommend for their help.
So now let's move to our project!!!
The changes i made to my project are :)
- i changed the size of the PCB as my 3D printed enclosure was already made so i developed my own PCB also it was a great experiance for me as i designed the PCB in Easyeda for the first time , i learned Designing schematic , routing tracks and placing order to PCBWay.
- i added holes for screwing up the PCBs to the enclosure.
- check my schematic below:)
?
Ok so now let's have a look to the components used in a quick span of time:)
- Arduino nano https://store.arduino.cc/usa/arduino-nano
- 5W power resistor https://www.amazon.com/SODIAL-Wound-Ceramic-Cement-Resistors/dp/B01GNW1FAW
- Oled display 0.96" https://www.rhydolabz.com/displays-c-88/096-oled-display-module-spii2c-128x64-7-pin-blue-p-2079.html
The project is also sold by me on tindie the link is given below:)
Shortlink: https://www.tindie.com/products/18999/
The project is available in many options if interested then buy it , help me get some income.........
Also main note the PCB does not contains any silkscreen of PsElectrobot or Open green energy.
