Atmega328 digital panel meter volt ammeter
The panel voltmeter that is the subject of this project was developed as a personal necessity.
Instead of the classic solutions, already known, the chosen solution was the use of an analog-digital conversion module (ADC) 4 channels 16 bits - I2C - ADS1115.
Specifications:
- dedicated software with parameter configuration and calibration menu with saving in eeprom
- the voltage range is up to 50 V configurable
- the current range is up to 5A configurable
- voltage, current, power and temperature display (LM35 analog temperature sensor)
- the temperature range includes the following parameters:
- fan starting temperature, default is 40 degrees Celsius, with plus-minus range around these values
- the temperature at which the fan reaches maximum speed, the default is 60 degrees Celsius, with the plus-minus range around these values
- the critical temperature at which a sound warning appears, default is 80 degrees Celsius, with the plus-minus range around these values
- the emergency temperature at which the output to the terminals is disconnected - or the supply of a consumer, depending on the chosen use -, default is 100 degrees, with the plus-minus range around these values.
- sound warning when the maximum voltage and maximum current are exceeded
- graphic indicators on the LCD screen 1602 for the state of the relay ON/OFF and for the state of the fan
The presentation video can be very edifying. The menu is in Romanian native language but it can be prepared in English or in other languages with the help of those who wish. Please send me a private message with your request.
