  • If I wanted to use BM1368 chips from the T/S 21 series, would it work on this board? Or does it need some modification? Also in the single chip project?

BM1368 chips will not work on this board... but you can use them on SupraHex project! https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/SupraHex_v701_Bitcoin_Asic_Miner_aa86ef7e.html

  • What is the maximum frequency and voltage that it supports? I work with immersion and I would like to do some tests with these chips, to see how far they go. I currently use the BM1366 with solder and I can reach up to 920 Mhz and 1.33 voltage.

I'm sorry, but I don't know. For such specific requests, try asking in dedicated communities.

Thanks for your attention.. I'm going to order some PCBs.. and I'll share my results with the immersion cooling issue. I currently have a Bitaxe BM1368, I reached the maximum hashrate it has of 733 Ghs. Do you think it's possible to make a project that contains more than 6 ASICs?

Yes, it's possible to have projects with more than 6 ASIC chips. There are https://github.com/Patsch91/8Iaxe and https://github.com/shufps/0xaxe, but they are not standalone and currently you have to be sure their releases are stable.
