    sisma ‎ 2024-10-22 16:16:05Reply

    Yes, it is here: https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/BitaxeHex_v304_Bitcoin_ASIC_Miner_489bd81c.html.

  • For this card to work, the esp-miner update is necessary, correct? Sorry, but I was in doubt. Is version V2.1.8 of esp-miner capable of handling bitaxeHex and achieving this hash rate, which would be between 2.4 TH/s and 3.0 TH/s?

    sisma ‎ 2024-06-24 16:03:05Reply

For bitaxeHex there is a related branch on esp-miner repository. Currently you can use the version available on "hex_v302_rebased" branch.

  • Sorry but the info is unclear for me. What do i receive when ordering 'only pcb' or '+ assembly'? Are the chips, connectors and other parts included and assembled before delivery when choosing 'PCB + assembly'? Or does 'plus assembly' mean that the end user still has to solder parts onto the green board?

    PCBWay Team 2024-04-29 10:18:44Reply

If you place an "Only PCB" order, you will receive only the PCB; if you place an "PCB+Assembly" order, we will send you a BOM quotation based on the BOM provided by the author. After you confirm and agree , we will purchase the components and then assemble the components onto the PCB. What you receive is the PCB with the components assembled.

Thanks! Will assembly also include the bm1366 asic units?

    PCBWay Team 2024-05-28 15:08:11Reply

Yes. You can place an order first, and then check the specific components in the BOM during the BOM quotation stage.

  • Hi - is it possible to have the screen assembly and part number as an option?

    sisma ‎ 2024-05-27 20:12:16Reply

The bitaxeHex currently uses the same display as other Bitaxe models: it is a 0.91" SSD1306-based I2C OLED module.

  • Curious if you have plans to add support for the bm1368 asic in the near future?

    sisma ‎ 2024-05-24 17:20:17Reply

"chainability" of BM1368 chips is in testing. At the moment I don't see any evidence that it will be used on BitaxeHex board. For further informations please have a look at the Github repository.

  • Could you provide centriod files? We exported the centriod file from github and found a lot of components missing in the centriod file compared to the BOM. As shown in the picture above.

    sisma ‎ 2024-05-17 20:30:08Reply

I have added the centroid file.

    No, it is not included.

  • hey, this project is outstanding but... does anyone have produced it ? If i Select pcb + assembly, do I still need to solder something ? Or it will be only to find a power adapter, mount the heatsink and the fans ?

    Engineer 2024-05-09 18:23:26Reply

    and... flash :)

    PCBWay Team 2024-05-10 09:46:23Reply

If you place an "PCB+Assembly" order, we will send you a BOM quotation based on the BOM provided by the author. After you confirm and agree , we will purchase and assemble based on the BOM file provided by the author. If you have other requirements, please put them forward during the order or BOM quotation stage.

    sisma ‎ 2024-05-10 16:29:06Reply

In addition to the heatsinks and fans you could also add the display, which requires to be soldered. The bitaxeHex currently uses the same display as the Bitaxe.

  • Does anyone have an estimation on the BOM cost? What is roughly the quotation here?

    PCBWay Team 2024-05-07 11:16:22Reply

You can click PCB+Assembly and add to the shopping cart, and then your sales representative will send you a BOM quote.

  • Does J3 need to be installed? If installation is required, could you provide the specific part number or purchase link?

    sisma ‎ 2024-04-29 17:48:38Reply

You can skip it. It is not required.

    PCBWay Team 2024-04-29 18:07:45Reply

OK,thanks for your reply. We get it.

  • Will this be basically an operational once i order it? Ill just need power supply and add mining files?

    sisma ‎ 2024-04-12 16:26:47Reply

You also need some cooling accessories, such as fan and heatsink

    Engineer 2024-04-12 18:27:15Reply

Yes. Have heat sink, fans, and case on the way.

    Engineer 2024-04-19 18:00:50Reply

To confirm. You were able to get this to hash with these files?

    sisma ‎ 2024-04-22 17:49:11Reply

You also need to flash esp-miner to make it to hash.

  • Hello, thanks for your sharing. What is the full part number of BM1366? BM1366AL or BM1366AG?

    sisma ‎ 2024-04-17 16:06:31Reply

It's the same. Both models are ok.

    PCBWay Team 2024-04-18 10:18:50Reply

OK, thanks,we will choose the same BM1366AG as in your second picture.
