  • Hi Sisma,... can you tell me which chip should I order for Gamma? I know I saw it somewhere but now I can not find it. There are few versions and I dont know what is a difference.... BM1370 AA, BC, PA or PB? And do you know some good source where to order it from? Thank you in advance....

  • Hello. Trying to place the first order for Bitaxe Gamma. Can you help with beginner stuff?
I was wondering how easy/difficult it would be to change text written on board?
Like instead of Bitaxe or tiny chip hub I would like to write something else.
Second question is regarding assembly. I see that PCBWay says there are some problems with damage during soldering and transportation due to sensitivity,... but it can not be wrapped in something? Like every other product? I mean much more expensive articles are being sent all around the world. What can you do about that? Is there anything else?
Last one,... most difficult for me is to find all of these parts and try to assemble it by myself or give it to someone. I can download BOM and then.... I am not sure what I am looking at.
Is there a page where you can buy the whole package? What would be the easiest and least painful way?

Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Hi, Sisma, we are now assembling the board, but noticed an issue that, the model NPTC041KFXC-RC provided for J3 is a surface-mounted device, while J3 on the board should be a through-hole device. Can you please check that and provide a correct model for J3?

j3 is a connector, the model in the BOM (NPTC041KFXC-RC) refers to the SMD while on the board there are holes. Therefore the correct connector model is PPPC041LFBN-RC. Hope this helps. Thank you.

If you still encounter issues you could set is as DNP.

  • Hi, Sisma, Recently, a customer has placed an assembly order for this project, and we would like to confirm the following questions: 1. J1 and L1 are out of stock, is there any substitutions you recommend? 2. Do we need to populate U7? If so, can you please send us the exact part number?

Hi, unfortunately there isn't any good quality replacement for J1 and L1. Yes, you need to populate U7. The exact part number is the one reported in the BOM file: "SX3M25.000E20F30THN". Thank you.

You can click Add to cart in the upper right corner, then enter the quantity you want, make an inquiry and place an order. After placing the order, there will be an estimated price. The actual price will be subject to the reviewer's review.

  • is there a purchase assembled option?

    PCBWay Team 2024-09-11 09:18:15Reply

PCBWay Note: Due to the presence of sensitive chips in this project, they can easily be damaged during soldering and transportation. Therefore, we do not recommend placing orders for PCB assembly.
