Compact 433 MHz walkie-talkie based on MRF49XA transceiver
The project is about to create a small portable DIY walkie-talkie, based on the idea and schematics from the https://vrtp.ru/index.php?act=categories&CODE=article&article=3351 article.
It based on MRF49XA transceiver IC, PIC16F628 uC and support a direct half-duplex voice communication on ~433 MHz (up to 4 channels supported).
The overall distance of the original project is about 1.5 km, but my design uses a smaller voltage (3.7v with step-up converter to 5v), so the overall distance will be reduced twice a minimum. Waiting for the PCBs to give a try :)
The PCB was designed for the GAINTA G403 (G431) enclosure. You'll only need to drill a few holes (for the LEDs, switch, usb, volume control and atenna connector).
