Fox activity tracker
### DESCRIPTION
An ATTINY85-based activity tracker with accelometer. The idea is that the ATTINY wakes up periodically to check on your activity and display with LEDs the achieved level. Last few days activity info is used as baseline for the 100% activity to adjust the display during the day. If there is a long (5h+) total inactivity period, the device assumes you are sleeping and resets for the next day.
### TECHNICAL DETAILS / COMPONENTS
The main components are:
ATTINY85
PCA9632 ultra low power LED driver to drive the LEDs while ATTINY is sleeping
MMA7660 MEMS accelometer for the activity data
### LEARN / TOPIC / BUILD INSTRUCTIONS
I don't have the software for this yet but the idea is that it should be USB-programmable, communicate with the LED driver and the accelometer via fake I2C and use very little power so that you don't have to change batteries more often than every few weeks.
### IMPORTANT
At the moment I don't see USB happening. If you look closely at the board, you will see that there is no connection to USB power because of no regulation and battery protection diodes. I will have to decide for the final board - whether to go with a serial programming header or maybe USB with a dedicated circuit that doesn't come online without USB power at all. Ideally I would use ATTINY85V for this not the regular ATTINY85 that further reduces chances of USB happening at all.
