Infineon IPM Board for BLDC Drive and Inverters
This PCB is designed to develop three-phase inverters or motor drives. This project can be used to develop different projects such as UPS, BLDC Motor Drives, Three Phase AC Induction motor drives with ratings up to 2kVA.
The PCB makes R&D or product development simple and straight forward without going into the tedious process of R&D on gate drives, Power stage, and designing of PCBS. This PCB provides a simple plug-and-play solution where the user can simply provide DC power and switching pulses to get required output.
PCB has been specifically designed for Infenion's popular CIPOS Mini IPMs. Popular IPM device used with this PCB is IKCM30F60GA/GD, IGCM30CH60 and other devices that show pin compatibility. Recommended operating conditions are:
Maximum DC voltage VDC = 350V
Maximum output current Iout(max) = 12A
Switching frequency fsw = 10kHz
