Hey, thank you for the response! However, that's what I did. I meant more along the lines of specific print settings, like the layer height and stuff like that because currently it's printing as if the top of the case is just a single line of filament. You can see in the image above, the label section is a very flimsy, thin line of filament as well as the top section, where the arrow isn't even filled in like it's meant to be in the render. Or is this how the top case turned out for you?

Try with Generate support enabled and select more detailed profile like 0.16 or 0.12. Your printer bed might not be leveled perfectly too

Hi, the design is tested. I can play games with it so I guess the issue is most likely wrong version of OPL or miss-configuration in it. If solder joints are not cold, and elements are of correct values - this should work just like any other MX4SIO.

Hi, thank you very much for your reply! Fixed the issue - the bottom left ground leg for the socket wasn't soldered properly, and my OPL had MX4SIO set to "Yes" for Block Devices. Works great!

What's the print settings for this by the way? The original recommended a layer height of 0.1mm, is that still the case?

Hey, standard 1.6mm is fine. If you order PCBs from this page, it will be added to cart with the exact settings as in first photo.

To summarize, if you gonna use original housing 1.6mm is too thick. 1mm thickness should be good.
