Do you think, in principle, a system would be useful that allows you to find a missing child or other relative, a lost or stolen item of value, restore the events of an accident or other incident using surveillance cameras, and this system is available to any registered user, and not only to special services ?

I have an idea to create just such a system that will help solve this problem using a network of cameras with the permission of the owners of each of the cameras.

At the moment I am developing an electronic system ZorG, designed for video recording and viewing events in the city. In this article I will show a project of a debugging device for building a video recording camera of events from a circuit to ordering a printed circuit board at the PCBWay production.

When we launch the system, the owners of ZorG cameras will receive free access to the video archives of the cameras. Other users have access to video data for a fee that we collect to develop the functioning of the video search service.

Cameras must be installed in public places permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

All registered cameras are connected to the ZorG P2P network.

Project goal: To provide all registered users with access to video data from any camera in the ZorG network to search for lost, abducted or missing people or objects, or to find someone who offends your children, because children sometimes keep silent about it until it gets really bad ...

In the future, all cameras of the users' network will be marked on the city map and it will be possible to select any of them and view the video archive for the last few days.

Also, based on data from network cameras, it will be possible to automatically search for missing relatives and provide them with assistance as quickly as possible if necessary.

We will attach to the system the function of identifying and searching for people and lost or stolen objects on the territory of a city or cities.

In this project, I still invest my own funds and time, which I invest in its development.
