ZX Spectrum Plus/3 Raspberry Pi Case
This ZX Spectrum Plus 3 Raspberry Pi case is in the style of the classic Sinclair ZX Spectrum. The original ZX Spectrum (rubber key) was released in 1982 and became wildly popular in the UK. It was also released under the Timex brand in the USA. This +3 variant was released in 1987 and included a much improved keyboard and a 3 inch floppy drive.
The case case can accommodate a working Power LED, a disk activity LED and an external micro SD reader mounted into the 3" drive bay which is connected internally to the Pi's micro SD reader.
An example of the type of microSD to SD card reader you require can be found at the following address. This is the same as the ones I used to source, though I had them made to a 10cm length to ensure they easily fit in the case:
I have supplied the logo that runs across the top of the case and also the one on top of the drive bay. Print these using a colour printer and glue them using a water based glue such as Modge Podge onto the case as per the photos.
The include Word document details how to connect the LED's and the SD reader and how to patch the Raspbian image to support the disk activity LED.
You are free to make this case for your own purposes but you cannot sell this commercially or offer to print it for users for a price.
If you cannot print the case yourself, I can supply you with the 3D printed parts only from the following address:

Update 9/7/2019 - Pi 4 support
I've added v2 versions of the top Front and Back sections along with a v2 factory file that support the slightly different footprint of the Pi 4.
