There are 3 ways to place PCB Assembly order.

 1. Place PCB order with PCB Assembly order(The First Way)

Step ①
Pls click the "pcb instant quote" navigation bar to enter. Pls choose parameters for PCB. There are three options, standard PCB, Advanced PCB and FPC/Rigid-Flex, as shown in the picture below.

Step ②Then click assembly service below to choose relative parameters for assembly.

Step ③After selecting parameters, pls click “calculate” and “save to cart” as shown in the picture below. The price and lead time you could see now is only a rough one.

Step ④Then there shows a page for you to upload gerber file, BOM, pick&place file(Centroid file) and other files(Something releated to assembly process, not PCB production). Pls click “submit order now” after you upload the files, attached picture below for your reference.

Even if you click “skip” in above picture, you could still upload files in your cart. Pls click “order list”, then click “under review”, find the orders, and there will be options to upload the files. Attached picture below for your reference.

Step ⑤We will start to check price after receive your file and will send you quotation by email in 1-2 days during working day. You could proceed payment when the review is done. Pls contact your sale rep if you need faster quotation.

2. Place PCB Assembly Inquiry with PCB Inquiry(The Second Way)

The process is similar to the first method. In this case you choose parameters for assembly service then for PCB specifications. Pls check details below. Pls click the "pcb instant quote" navigation bar, then click “Assembly” as show in the picture below.

Step ①Pls choose parameters for assembly service

Step ②Then click “PCB Specifications” below to choose relative parameters for PCB as show in th picture below.

Following steps③④⑤are same as shown in the first way.

3.Place a PCB Assembly order for a PCBWay PCB order you have already uploaded (The Third Way)

If you already have uploaded a PCB inquiry or paid for a PCB order, and you want to add assembly service. Pls click “PCB instante quote”, then click “Assembly” as show in the picture below.

Step ①Pls select parameters for the assembly service.

There is a option to choose relative PCBWay order number. Pls choose “select PCBWay’s PCB order” as “yes” as show in the picture below. Then you could choose the PCB order number.

Step ②After selecting parameters for assembly service, pls click “calculate” and “save to cart”.

Then there shows a page for you to upload BOM, pick&place file(Centroid file) and other files(Something releated to assembly process, not PCB production). Pls click “submit order now” after you upload the files, attached picture below for your reference. You don’t need to upload gerber file in this case as you have already uploaded a PCB Order.

Even if you click “skip” in above picture, you could still upload files in your cart, pls check the picture below. Pls click “order list”, then click “under review” , find the orders, and there will be options to upload files.

Step ③We will start to check price after receive your file and will send you quotation by email in 1-2 days during working day. You could proceed payment when the review is done. Pls contact your sale rep if you need faster quotation.
