Breakage of parts after bending

If the sheet metal is too thick, it will crack when we bend it. The likelihood of rupture is also affected by the hardness of the material; harder materials are more likely to crack under stress. To mitigate this problem and avoid cracking, an effective strategy is to not use bending notches. By not using bending notches, we can reduce the stress concentration in the sheet metal during bending, thus preventing rupture and maintaining the integrity of the material. If we find this problem, we will suspend the order and then contact with you.
