ESP protoboard rev.B
This a prototype board for using with ESP8266, ESP32, and ESP32-S2 modules.
The board is split into multiple areas that can be cut and then put together to build advanced IOT prototypes.
Once cut as you can see in the pictures you can start assembly of an IOT device.
The power supply you can use a 5-12V power supply with or without integrated 3v3 LDO (in the pictures you can see me using two 5V power supplies.) If the power supply does not have a 3v3 LDO incorporated then you can put one on the base board. (SMD AMS1117-3.3V http://www.advanced-monolithic.com/pdf/ds1117.pdf)
Power Input: As you can see in my pictures I use KF128-3P and KF128-2P screw terminal connectors for the power input and the relay output. These have the pins 5.08mm apart. However there is nothing to stop you to solder the wires directly. Also you can add more solder to the traces to allow for more current.
Relays: You can choose from two types of relays and can use up to three at the same time.
The relays to choose from are:
SJ-S-112DMH 4pin 5V 10A Relay (http://www.sanyourelay.ca/public/products/pdf/sj-m(10a).pdf) and you can use two of these at the same time
G3MB-202P SSR 5V 2A Solid State Relay. (https://www.openhacks.com/uploadsproductos/g3mb-ssr-datasheet.pdf) Can be used in any position providing 3 relay outputs. This is very useful when relay clicking noise is a concern.
4. The ESP12-F shown in the pictures is solder on one of the available small boards with all the necessary supporting resistors and capacitors required to be programmed and run. In the pictures you can see the board built up and can be mounted vertically into the base board.
5. The is also a small board designed to fit an ESP32 with the necessary components.
6. In order to control each of the relays a switching circuit can be built using a 1K resistor any NPN transistor and a protection diode. This small board is located to the left of the ESP12F board.
7. A PIR boar is also provided that will fit the AMS614 PIR Sensor.
8. Place for a fuse and an EMI filter (two of them available on the upper right corner) or you can bridge the gaps with some soldered wire.
9. Add any other sensors as needed: PIR Motion Detectors, I2C Temperature sensors, Reed Switches or touch switches. The possibilities are endless.
For the firmware I use: https://github.com/letscontrolit/ESPEasy/
For bigger projects there is the rest of the board that you can use where you have plenty of space for any custom electronics.

These boards can also be cut and fitted together for very complex projects.
If you have any questions or need support for a specific IC don't hesitate to contact me using the comments section.
Happy prototyping.
