28C256 to 27C256
Allows to use an EEPROM (28C256) in place of mask roms, one-time-progammable roms, and uv eproms (27C256).
The board provides both a 27C256 pinout for installing in place of mask roms and uv eproms, and a 28C256 pinout for programming directly in a programmer, by changing jumpers. In other words the board is also it's own programming adapter.
Legs may be made with TE 1544210 SIL leadframes, or MillMax 3121 pins, or 26 gauge gold-plated half-hard brass jewelry wire.
