This is an air purifier that is easy to make although i am sharing all the required detail of the project here so, you can make this air purifier project by yourself. The air purifier is very important nowadays because there is an increment everyday in the level of pollution. with this condition this air purifier can help you a lot.

this Air purifier can be used into your home as well school, office. In any indoor area you can use this Air purifier. There is a lot of air purifier available in the market which are expensive but this air purifier can be made in very cheap price. only you need to read and follow this article. and you should have basic knowledge of Arduino and programming. So, let get started.

Introduction

Air purifier is a device which help to purify or filter the air around it. It sucks the air from around and filtered it with some special kind of filters. some Air purifier uses Electrostatic filter which are able to filter the dust particle too. even cigarette smoke , Fire smoke and much more. and the purifier we are making can easily distinguish between the Dust particle, pm 2.5, cigarette smoke, smoke.

So this air purifier can help a lot to inhale the pure air. Also we are adding a new feature with this device which is auto mode when the air of your room get purified and there is purifier maintain a required level of purity in air then the air purifier will be turn off. Although in this air purifier we are using a very simple air filter paper which is known as electrostatic air filter. So, if you want to make your own Air filter DIY you can refer our project.

Now we are going to give you all the step & components which will help you to make the project. we are giving here the code and circuit too.

Construction

In this purifier we are using a new type of construction. in that type of construction we have use the horizontal fan along the downside. which will sucks the air. there is an air filter which is attached before the fan. which will allow air to pass through the air filter paper. There also we are using and sharp dust sensor which already sense the air near the air filter paper. above the fan we have made a sewage pipe structure which will help us to make the blade less fan. which looks attractive.

Components Required

• Arduino Uno
• Sharp Dust sensor
• 16X2 LCD
• Fan 220v AC
• relay module

Working

The working of this Air purifier is very simple and easy we are only rotating the fan and reading the dust and particle sensor. There is a fan in the air purifier which lead the main role in this air purifier. When the fan runs it sucks the room air and filtered with the filter paper or filter material. filter paper is attached in such manner that the air can't come without pass from the filter. after that this purify air can be used to breathing. at the same time the sensor reading the air quality. and display it over the LCD.

now you can see the result continuously at the display. Also it have an additional feature which is auto Mode. it means if the purity in air is in the certain level then the Air purifier will automatically turn off. and again if the purity in air will increase then the air purifier will automatically turn on. we have shared everything still if you have any query you can ask in the comment section.

Connection

1. connect LCD vss & k & R/W to the ground of the Arduino
2. Connect Vcc & A to the Arduino 5v pin
3. Connect V0 to the middle pin of the potentiometer , Connect potentiometer one first pin to the 5v , Connect potentiometer third pin to the gnd pin of arduino
4. Connect rs to 12 & Enable pin to the 11
5. Connect d7 of lcd to the pin 2 of arduino
6. Connect d6 of lcd to the pin 3 of arduino
7. Connect d5 of lcd to the pin 4 of arduino
8. Connect d4 of lcd to the pin 5 of arduino
9. Connect Arduino 6 pin to the Relay input pin
10. Connect vcc of relay to the arduino 5v
11. Connect gnd of relay to the arduino gnd
