SBC-85 Cassette Tape Data Storage Interface Board
Among the standard cassette tape interfaces like Tarbell and the Kansas City, Intel developed an interface that minimized the hardware required and left more to the microprocessor. This made the Intel design a sort of development level hardware that could be used for any bit-banged storage format. The Intel design and software was included in many late 1970s intel catalogs and this is a copy of that design. Software and documentation are available on the project website.
Gerber build files are available but boards are also available on retrobrewcomputers.org, tindie, ebay, as well as directly through the SBC-85.com website.
