SBC-3870 Development board for Mostek 38P70 F8 processor
The 38P70 is the 2nd Generation of the original Fairchild F8.
This is a PROTOTYPE board, it has been tested for basic functionality, please see the videos and documentation for additional information. There will eventually be a more polished v1.1 of this board.
You need to be able to program the 2716 EPROM for the piggyback of the 38P70. If you want a copy of the current "clock code" software for this board, please order a 2716 EPROM here. However, you really should get a 2716 programmer-- see my suggestions here
This 38P70 development board provides the user with a development platform with the following features: - Rotary encoded switch input - Push Button Input - RS232 Serial Port - 4x DL2416 Intelligent Display for a total of 16 characters - Speaker Output - LED Output - Off board signal header
