Description
Joule Boost Converter
This is an extremely easy to build boost converter suitable for low current requirements. It is based on Joule Thief. It is open source hardware. The purpose of the circuit is to meet the needs in applications requiring low current, such as operating the LED strip with low voltage sources or leaving a 12V battery trickle charged. High current cannot be drawn from the circuit. The highest current that can be drawn is around 100mA-150mA.
The circuit has been tested and the desired result has been achieved.
