Making a PIXAR Lamp Robot (Luxo Jr.)

Hi Mech Dickel, thank you very much for sharing this amazing project! I would like to replicate this lamp by myself. I have no prior experience so I would like to follow your instructions as close as possible. So I have a couple of questions. I would very much appreciate if you have the time to answer them :-) 1. The PCV pipe for the bottom is this 15 cm or 12,5 cm ? or something else ? 2. The servo motors and pan&tilt kit: which ones did you use ? The foot is made of Polystyrol. How thick is the layer ? looks like 2 mm ? 4. Can you recommend any "instant adhesive" or are there no major differences ? 5. Which kind of drilling and sawing tools did you use ? For drills and saws I find wood VS metal VS Stone, but no plastic drills/saws 6. In Vid 4 min 1:10 the lamp is all grey before you paint the lamp in glossy white. Why would you paint it gray before applying the white ? Can you recommend any color brands ? 7. In Vid 3 min 1:45 the inner of the lamp is shown. One can see a ring on which the front pannel is mounted. How did you fix that ring ? With instant adhesive only, or did you use the epoxid dough ?
