It cools much more than a single heatsink and has full GPIO access. There are already fan HATs available for the Pi 4, but the biggest draw to this one is the fully exposed access to GPIO pins.

Instructions

• Mount over the Raspberry pi using M2 spacers
• Connect JST fan connector on its place
• USe GPIO 4 to program
• Connect to Raspberry pi 5V and GND if Switching circuit is not populated.
